The Minister of Health, Welfare and Sports has imposed new obligations on the 'Nu Niet Zwanger' project of the GGD as a result of administrative appeal proceedings initiated by Bureau Clara Wichmann and the Dutch Lawyers Committee for Human Rights (NJCM).
