The International Bar Association (IBA) is organising its 38th International Financial Law Conference in Lisbon on 10, 11 and 12 May 2023.

The conference is co-presented by the IBA Banking Law Committee and the IBA Securities Law Committee.
Together with Patrick Osu (Ajumogobia & Okeke) Rein van Helden will co-chair this three-day conference.
Jan Peeters will co-chair a panel discussion at the conference on "Busted and almost busted deals: best practices when things go wrong?".
Pieter Nobels, Roderik Vrolijk and Soeradj Ramsanjhal will also attend the conference.
