Sabrina is a recognised expert in a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, liquidations and joint ventures transactions.
Sabrina holds a double law degree in English and French Law from King’s College London and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She obtained a master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and London and a master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining Stibbe in 2017, she worked for six years as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure department of the Paris office of an international law firm. She also worked for one year in the general corporate and litigation departments of the London office of that same law firm.
Sabrina was admitted to List I of the Luxembourg Bar in January 2023 (Avocat à la Cour), to the role of solicitors of England and Wales in 2012 and to the Paris Bar in 2016.
