Op 7 december 2022 is het voorontwerp digitale algemene vergadering privaatrechtelijke rechtspersonen (het “Voorontwerp”) met concept memorie van toelichting ter consultatie voorgelegd.

Op 12 juli 2022 is het wetsvoorstel Tijdelijke wet transparantie turboliquidatie (het "wetsvoorstel") ingediend.
