Op 9 oktober 2025 organiseren de redactie van TvOB, Tijdschrift voor vennootschapsrecht, rechtspersonenrecht en ondernemingsbestuur en Uitgeverij Paris het symposium ‘Steward-ownership vanuit juridisch en praktisch perspectief'.

Experts van Stibbe praten u op vrijdag 28 februari bij over de inhoud en mogelijke gevolgen van het Europese voorstel voor een Omnibus-regeling.

Pieter Schütte and Paul Vestering will be attending the 7th edition of the annual Corporate Governance Conference of the IBA on 19 and 20 September in Frankfurt, Germany.

On 2 & 3 December the IBA will be hosting the 7th Annual Corporate Governance Conference in Frankfurt. Pieter Schütte will co-chair the two-day conference. Astrid Helstone will co-chair a panel discussion on ‘Employee Representation'.
