In addition to strategic and industrial M&A, Florent’s focus areas include listed companies, public takeover offers, public-sector work, transactions involving regulated entities, corporate governance, restructurings and joint ventures. Having lived and worked in Paris and New York, Florent brings a global perspective and a clear understanding of the needs of international clients.
After graduating summa cum laude with a master’s degree in law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2013, Florent obtained an advanced master’s degree in economic law from the Université libre de Bruxelles in 2014, also graduating summa cum laude.
Florent joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2014.
