Stibbe advises Intervest on landmark EUR 300 million logistics transaction with Weerts Logistics Parks
Stibbe advised Intervest on the acquisition of a strategic logistics real estate portfolio from Weerts Logistics Parks. Valued at approximately EUR 300 million, this landmark deal ranks among the largest ever in the Belgian logistics real estate sector.
The transaction includes five assets totalling ca. 250,000 sqm of warehouse space, fully let on a long-term basis to a diversified group of blue-chip tenants. The properties are strategically located along Belgium’s key logistics corridors, the E313 and E42.
The entire process was completed in approximately three months from initial discussions to closing—a record timeframe.
