Business Development Advisor
Stibbe is a leading independent law firm with main offices in Brussels, Amsterdam & Luxembourg, and a branch office in London. Our Brussels office is one of the leading law firms in the Belgian market, with around 160 lawyers in 12 practice groups. We provice our clients with high quality legal advice and representation in an international context.
Within the Brussels office, the Business Development, Marketing & Communications teams offers operational and strategic B2B marketing and business development support to the lawyers.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Business Development Advisor with a genuine passion for the legal sector.
You play a crucial role in supporting the lawyers of Stibbe in their business development initiatives with clients and prospects.
Your role
- Draft proposals, tenders and presentations to clients and prospects;
- Do client and sector research and analysis, identify potential new clients and opportunities;
- Manage content of various databases and keep these up to date;
- Assist lawyers with their internal and external communication (newsletters, website content, social media, events,...);
- Support the Head of Business Development in strategic BD projects.
Your profile
- You obtained a bachelor degree in office management, communication or paralegal studies and have a strong interest in the legal sector;
- You are service minded: you understand the needs and expectations of your internal clients (Stibbe's lawyers) and you understand their business objectives;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
- You are structured, organised, precise and accurate in your work;
- You are a team player and have a learning mindset.
