Associate Real Estate & Construction
Our Stibbe real estate team is expanding and looking for one or more motivated real estate lawyer(s) (2 years – 7 years) to join the team.
As one of the leading real estate practices in the Benelux, our team acts on landmark real estate transactions, developments and major construction projects. Our expertise covers all types of real estate acquisition (share and asset deal), construction and development transactions and disputes across various asset classes. We assist international and national clients throughout the entire life cycle of their real estate. As a team, we are passionate about what we do and are proud to be easy to work with, pragmatic, down-to-earth and accessible.
Job description
As a real estate associate, you thrive in the following responsibilities:
- structuring and negotiating high-profile real estate transactions and projects;
- managing transactions and projects from A to Z;
- directly engaging with clients and finding solutions to their legal needs;
- collaborate with a variety of people, who are each experts in their field, on diverse matters;
- sharpen your mind through continuous learning and professional development;
- working within a law firm that believes in you and is committed to fully support your growth.
The ideal candidate
- you hold a Belgian law degree with a strong academic track record;
- you are fluent in English, Dutch and French;
- you are entrepreneurial, have a hands-on attitude and take ownership of your work;
- you possess good communication skills and are able to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
- you like working in a team to deliver excellent service;
- you are pleasant to work with.
