Stibbe has advised Vinar NV, the Belgian majority shareholder of Sun Mark Gulf DMCC, on the sale of the Bullet energy drinks brand and related portfolio to EnJOYBEV.

Stibbe advised ElevenEs on the first closing of its Series B investment round, backed by Caterpillar Venture Capital, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc.

In a landmark judgment of 23 December, the Appeal Court of The Hague ruled that the claims of a claim foundation brought against Airbus, its former directors and its external auditor are inadmissible.
