Stibbe provided Aedifica with legal advice on the acquisition of De Kroon healthcare campus in central Dronten.

The €12.5 million transaction was completed at the end of 2025, with AG Real Estate as the seller. The campus comprises 7,204 square metres and includes a medical centre, dental practice, small retail space, and a residential care centre with 43 rooms. This acquisition forms part of Aedifica's strategic expansion of its healthcare real estate portfolio in the Netherlands.
