Stibbe advised WDP on acquiring full control of a holding company owning five logistics assets in Luxembourg (~140,000 m²). Subsequently, WDP transferred Sisa Foetz SA, owner of a 17,000 m² logistics property, to the Luxembourg State.

Stibbe assisted Foxconn with acquiring Magnax, a Belgian developer of axial‑flux electric motors, through Foxconn’s subsidiary Pan International. The transaction involved a EUR 35.5 million capital injection in exchange for a majority shareholding.

Stibbe assisted Storm throughout all development stages and up to financial close on 24 March 2026 of a €330 million equity and debt financing for the development of two large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Belgium.

Stibbe advised American International Group, Inc. (“AIG”) on the Luxembourg law aspects of its strategic investment of approximately $2.1 billion in Convex Group Limited and approximately $646 million in Onex Corporation.

The case revolved around the Dutch State's practice of using a candidates most recently earned salary as the basis for determining their starting salary upon appointment as a judge.

Stibbe has advised Vinar NV, the Belgian majority shareholder of Sun Mark Gulf DMCC, on the sale of the Bullet energy drinks brand and related portfolio to EnJOYBEV.

Stibbe advises the shareholders of Dynamate in connection with the intended merger between Dynamate and VanRoey. The merger is driven by a clear strategic vision: to grow together into a leading, integrated managed IT services partner in Belgium.

Stibbe advised ElevenEs on the first closing of its Series B investment round, backed by Caterpillar Venture Capital, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc.

Stibbe is advising Amsterdam-listed InPost on the €7.8 billion public offer for all of its shares by a consortium composed of Advent, FedEx, A&R and PPF.
