He advises on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, finance (share pledges), real estate (mortgages), restructuring, and corporate governance. He has both Dutch and foreign clients.

He holds a master's degree in Notarial Law from Radboud University Nijmegen (2024) and started his notarial professional training (Beroepsopleiding Notariaat) in 2025. He is also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries (KNB).
