He has experience in advising on corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity matters, corporate governance and ESG. He advises a range of both Dutch and international clients.
Maurits holds a master's degree in Notarial Law (2023) from Radboud University Nijmegen and started his notarial professional training (Beroepsopleiding Notariaat) in 2023. He is also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries (KNB).
