Stibbe advised online supermarket Picnic on raising €430 million in a new investment round. The company raised the financing from existing investors and will use most of the capital for further expansion in Germany.

With the new financing, the online supermarket aims to significantly strengthen its position in Germany. Currently, approximately 30% of German consumers live in a Picnic delivery area.
