Stibbe advises on a $1.8 billion financing by Mubadala Capital for a Brazilian refinery.
Stibbe Luxembourg advised Mubadala Capital, the asset management subsidiary of Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company, which is acquiring the second largest refinery in Brazil from oil giant Petrobras.
