Christophe has extensive expertise in national and international tax matters, providing structuring and transactional advice to a wide range of clients.

Christophe advises multinational companies, financial institutions, regulated and unregulated investment entities on their tax structuring, corporate reorganisations, and cross-border transactions. He also has extensive expertise in tax structuring for high-net-worth individuals. Furthermore, he advises on transfer pricing issues and VAT applied to the financial and investment fund industry.

Christophe holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Toulouse I Capitole and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Financial Law and International Tax Law from the University of Luxembourg. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association.

Before joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in November 2019, Christophe was a tax lawyer at the Luxembourg office of an international law firm.
