Anaïs focuses on the set-up of fund structures (private equity, loan portfolios, real estate, infrastructure, and IP) and advises clients on the new tax environment (DAC 6, ATAD, beneficial ownership). She is a member of the International Fiscal Association.

Anaïs holds a master’s degree in International Business Law (2014) and a master’s degree in English and American Business Law (2015) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Tax Law from Boston College Law School (2016) and a certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession awarded by the École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux in Paris (2018). She completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2022. 

Prior to joining Stibbe in 2020, Anaïs was a tax associate at an independent advisory firm in Luxembourg.
