Institutional Investment

Our multidisciplinary team of experts is dedicated to meeting the needs of institutional investors throughout the entire transaction process.

We are frequently engaged by a broad range of investors including private equity companies, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and investment funds including real estate investment trusts.

The spectrum of complex investments we handle includes joint ventures (often with local developers or contractors), development projects, acquisition of real estate, real estate securitisation, commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) and investments in infrastructure (including the structuring and setting up of real estate investment funds).

As a full-service firm, the expertise required for the entire investment process such as corporate and finance, real estate, zoning and planning, tax and construction, is available in house. This ensures each transaction is handled in the most coordinated, efficient and integrated way.
