Stibbe advised the European Investment Bank on its €500 million financing, provided to the GelreGroen consortium, for the construction and upgrade of the final section of the A12 / A15 motorway in the eastern part of the Netherlands.

The GelreGroen consortium is responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance of the ViA15 project for the next twenty years. This development completes a crucial link in the international highway corridor connecting the Port of Rotterdam directly to the German border. The project includes a cycle route alongside the A15, featuring a dedicated cycling deck on the bridge over the canal and floodplain.
