Het baanbrekende Didam-arrest, dat anderhalf jaar geleden werd gewezen, blijft nog altijd vragen oproepen. Zo worden er regelmatig nieuwe uitspraken gewezen die de betekenis van het Didam-arrest voor de praktijk verder verduidelijken.
