Stibbe assisted Distrigas in the auction controlled EUR 4.8 billion sale of the majority stake of Suez to ENI, in the subsequent takeover bid by ENI on all Distrigas NV shares, and in the transfer by Publigas of its entire stake in Distrigas to ENI.

Stibbe assisted South Korean conglomerate Lotte Group with its acquisition of Chocolaterie Guylian.

Stibbe assisted Vandemoortele with the EUR 325 million divestment of its soy foods division, known under the trademarks Alpro and Provamel, to Dean Foods Company.

Advising TomTom, the producer of navigation-products, on the takeover of Ilocal. A company which offers data of Dutch and Belgian companies via the internet. TomTom expects to enhance the quality of its navigation services with the Ilocal technology.

Stibbe assisted Uitgeverij Lannoo in the acquisition together with WPG Uitgevers of all the issued and outstanding shares in PCM Algemene Uitgeverijen B.V.

Advising Apollo Global Management L.P. on the acquisition of Rio Tinto's Alcan Engineered Products division through a Dutch joint venture structure.

Stibbe assisted Cellerix with its merger with Euronext-Brussels-listed Tigenix.

Stibbe advised a Luxembourg holding company on the EUR 1.05 billion acquisition of KBC’s private subsidiary KB Lux.
