Advising Super de Boer in relation to the EUR 550 million offer made by Jumbo Groep regarding the acquisition of the entire business of Super de Boer by means of an acquisition of all its assets and liabilities.

Advising Cinven and Warburg Pincus on the €2.6 billion acquisition of Essent Kabelcom. 

Advising Wavin, the leading supplier of plastic pipe systems and solutions in Europe, in relation to the EUR 523 million public offer from Mexichem for the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Wavin.

Advising NYSE Euronext on remuneration and works council matters, also in connection with the acquisition by ICE.

Stibbe advised Concentra on its joint venture with Corelio. The joint-venture between these two publishing companies will be called “Het Mediahuis”.

Stibbe advises Accor on the sale and franchise-back of 29 hotels in the Netherlands and Germany for a total value of €234 million.

Stibbe advises Goldman Sachs on the acquisition of Continental Bakeries by Goldman Sachs and The Silverfern Group of NPM Capital, a subsidiary of SHV. Continental Bakeries is a leading European bakery group which produces typical Dutch cookies.

Stibbe has advised Sonova Holding AG on its acquisition of AudioNova B.V. from HAL Investments. The value of AudioNova is EUR 830 million.

Stibbe advised fishing company Cornelis Vrolijk on the acquisition of the majority of the shares of Bertus-Dekker Seafood BV.

Stibbe advises APG and a joint venture partner on the acquisition of an approximate 33% interest in HHR Euro C.V. from their joint venture partner Host Hotels & Resorts Inc.

Stibbe advises PostNL on the acquisition of Sandd for an enterprise value of EUR 130 million.

Stibbe advises SurveyMonkey on the acquisition of Usabilla for an amount of approximately $80 million.

Stibbe advised Tiqets on its Series C financing of $60 million led by Airbnb with continued support from prior lead investors HPE Growth Capital and Investion.
