She regularly assists clients in the restructuring, acquisition, and sale of Belgian enterprises.
Laura holds a master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2021) and a master’s degree in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2022).
She joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2022.
