De Pillar Two Richtlijn (EU) 2022/2523 (‘Pillar Two’) en de daaruit voortvloeiende regelgeving om een minimumbelastingniveau te garanderen, houdt de fiscale wereld al enige tijd bezig.

Wij hebben dit jaar weer een selectie gemaakt van milieurechtelijke jurisprudentie en ontwikkelingen
en die, uiteraard niet uitputtend, samengevat. De selectie heeft betrekking op de periode van 1 september 2022 tot en met 15 september 2023.
