Inmiddels dateert het Didam-arrest van één jaar geleden. In deze blog bespreken wij een aantal recente uitspraken. Wij wijzen erop dat het steeds gaat om het oordeel van lagere rechters en dat in toekomstige rechtspraak anders kan worden geoordeeld.
