Sabrina represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, liquidations, migrations, and joint ventures.

Before joining Stibbe in 2017, she worked for six years as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure department of the Paris office of an international law firm. She was also trained for one year in the general corporate and litigation departments of the London office of that same law firm.

Sabrina holds a double law degree in English and French Law from King’s College London and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2006). She obtained a master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and London (2008) and a master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2009). Furthermore, Sabrina has a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from BBP Law School in London (2010).

She was admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales in 2012 and to the Paris Bar in 2016.
