Stibbe advises Lantmännen Unibake, one of Europe’s largest bakery groups and part of the Swedish agricultural cooperative Lantmännen, on its acquisition of Boboli Benelux B.V., a Dutch leader in mediterranean flatbreads such as focaccia, pizzas, and pizza crusts.
