Sjoerd specialises in domestic and international tax law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations.
He advises a wide range of private clients, including listed, Dutch, international and multinational companies, on a broad range of complex cross-border tax matters, including value added tax and wage tax matters.
He holds a master’s degree in Tax Law and a master’s degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2024).
