He advises on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity matters, corporate governance, restructurings and share pledges.
Furkan holds a master's degree in Notarial Law (2024) from Utrecht University (cum laude) and started his notarial professional training (Beroepsopleiding Notariaat) in 2025. He is also a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries (KNB).
