Pieter advises companies, financial institutions, and public authorities on a wide range of Belgian and international financial transactions. He has significant experience in public and private bond issues, securitisations, covered bonds, trade receivables financing and derivatives. Furthermore, he advises clients on acquisition finance, real estate finance and general banking transactions.

Pieter has a master’s degree in law from Ghent University (2011) and a master’s degree in notarial law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2016).

He joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2011.
