Stibbe advised Proximus on the issuance of a new 7-year bond for an amount of EUR 500 million, listed on Euronext Brussels.

On Wednesday 8 March, Proximus successfully issued a new 7-year bond for an amount of EUR 500 million, listed on Euronext Brussels. Stibbe is happy to have advised Proximus on this successful issuance, which was almost three times oversubscribed.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of existing debt.
