Margaux is a senior associate in our Brussels Corporate and M&A practice. She specialises in Belgian corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Margaux has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate law matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She has assisted numerous Belgian and international clients (including private equity firms and other institutional investors) with local and cross-border M&A transactions, both on the sell-side and the buy-side.

Margaux is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients through a meticulous understanding of their needs and the delivery of pragmatic advice.

She obtained a master’s degree from Ghent University in 2014 and completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD in 2020. Margaux joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2014.
