Klaas advises clients from both the public and private sector on a wide range of public law matters.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree with honours and obtained a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Utrecht University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same university.
Klaas is a member of the Dutch Association for Administrative Law.
