Cyril focuses on data (protection) and privacy, IT contracts (including outsourcing and cloud computing), telecommunications and electronic communications, direct marketing, e-commerce, and digital matters in general.

In addition to providing advice, Cyril drafts and reviews contracts and is involved in proceedings related to his areas of expertise.

Next to his position as lawyer, Cyril is the lecturer for the data protection course at the Law Faculty of the University of Liège. He also acts as guest lecturer at HEC, the Brussels School of Competition, and the University of Luxembourg. 

Cyril obtained a master’s degree in Law from the University of Liège in 2017. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2018). Cyril is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Liège. His research focuses on data and platforms, including in the context of cloud computing and the metaverse.

Cyril joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2018.
