Permits

We are Stibbe Permits specialists

We deal with a broad spectrum of permits for our clients. Firstly in assessing if one is required and if so, the subsequent application of that permit and defending it in the courts.

Permits

We take a pragmatic and integrated approach to every permit case. In this way, we have averted the need for prolonged legal proceedings on many occasions.

We advise companies on which permits are required for their particular situation, and provide assistance in the application for those permits. As a result, we are involved in all procedures relating to allotment permits, planning permission, listed building consents, demolition permits, environmental permits, nature permits and notifications.

There are times, however, when conflicts are unavoidable, for example, in the case of new developments when the interests of the developer, neighbours and competitors often conflict. Should this arise, we have extensive experience in achieving the goals our clients desire.
