Stibbe acted as counsel to Deutsche Bank as lender on the acquisition by MCAP Global Finance ("MCAP"), a London subsidiary of New York-based Marathon Asset Management, of a 19-property portfolio (the "Phoenix" portfolio) from a Dutch fund.

Stibbe assisted listed regulated real estate company Qrf with the acquisition of the State Archives Bruges through the acquisition of 100% of the shares in RAB Invest NV from Leasinvest Real Estate Comm. VA., for the amount of EUR 20,6 million. 

Stibbe advised Catella Real Estate AG on its second acquisition in Luxembourg: a 14,000m² office building in the emerging office district of Howald, which is almost fully let to Saint-Paul Luxembourg media group.

Stibbe advised GGID and EscherCloud on Project Westpoort, the acquisition of a property in Amsterdam Westpoort and a series of assets from Caransa Group, as well securing financing from debt and various equity investors.
