De Implementatiewet richtlijn aandelen met meervoudig stemrecht implementeert EU-richtlijn 2024/2810 voor betere mkb-toegang tot kapitaalmarkten. Het wetsvoorstel ligt ter consultatie en introduceert meervoudig stemrecht voor MTF-toelating.
