Op 17 maart 2025 is een nieuwe Monitoring Commissie Corporate Governance Code benoemd, onder voorzitterschap van de heer Van Wingerden. Deze Commissie heeft direct na haar aanstelling een wijziging van de Corporate Governance Code doorgevoerd.
