Stibbe advised WDP on acquiring full control of a holding company owning five logistics assets in Luxembourg comprising approximately 140,000 m² of lettable area. Subsequently, WDP transferred Sisa Foetz SA, owner of a 17,000 m² logistics property, to the Luxembourg State. The property is situated adjacent to facilities used by the Luxembourg State for business incubator activities.

Both transactions were completed at market conditions and contribute to the simplification of WDP's group structure, while supporting the future development of logistics and real estate activities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
