Advising The Blackstone Group on the acquisition of Intertrust from Waterland. Intertrust is one of the largest Dutch management services companies. Waterland, the previous Dutch private equity owner, sold its entire stake in Intertrust to Blackstone. We advised on the corporate, tax, financing and notarial aspects of the transaction. This was one of the highest value competitive auction sales in the Dutch market in 2012.
