Manon Cremers
Manon is a civil law notary and specialises in corporate law, particularly in relation to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other matters of company law for national and international (listed) clients.

Her work includes the incorporation of companies, partnerships, cooperative associations and foundations, corporate acquisitions and disposals, (cross-border) mergers and demergers, security rights (pledge and mortgage), share issues and transfers, and listings and delistings.
Manon studied at the VU University Amsterdam and at the University of Victoria, British Colombia, Canada. In 1997, she gained a Master of Law from VU University.
She was appointed civil law notary in 2008.
Manon is a former member of the Advisory Committee for the NCR Cooperative Corporate Governance Code. She frequently publishes articles in the areas of corporate law. She is editor of two legal journals Tijdschrift voor de Ondernemingsrecht Praktijk (corporate law) and Tijdschrift voor Jaarrekeningenrecht (financial reporting). Manon also lectures regularly. Currently, she teaches M&A (section: joint ventures) at Grotius Academy.
