Stibbe advises the SCHMID Group
Stibbe, together with Gleiss Lutz, has advised the SCHMID Group on its business combination with Pegasus Digital Mobility Acquisition Corp. and listing on NASDAQ.
The business combination, first announced on 31 May 2023, was completed on 30 April 2024 and the combined group started trading on NASDAQ on 1 May 2024 under the name SCHMID Group N.V. The SCHMID Group is a leading global solutions provider for the high-tech electronic, photovoltaics, glass and energy systems industries.
