"Koen's appointment as Professor of Corporate Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is a valuable recognition of his expertise and a reason for genuine pride for us at Stibbe. The special chair, established by the Dutch Association for In-House Counsel, reflects the growing importance of corporate governance in today's business environment. I am confident that his experience of practicing at Stibbe will help his academic work and vice versa."
