She litigates and advises on a wide range of complex individual and collective employment issues, including matters relating to workplace behaviour, equal treatment, collective labour, and pensions. 

As an experienced litigator, she has expertise in complex disputes concerning equal treatment and non-discrimination. Her clients include national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and pension providers.

Yasmin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Dutch law from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. She completed her master’s degree in Labour Law with honours from the same institution.
