Tuur specialises in constitutional and administrative law, with particular expertise in spatial planning, permits, and environmental law in a broad sense.
Tuur advises private and public clients on infrastructure and real estate projects and compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations. He has experience with permitting procedures and represents clients before the Flemish Council for Permit Disputes (Raad voor Vergunningsbetwistingen), the Council of State (Raad van State / Conseil d’État), the Constitutional Court (Grondwettelijk Hof / Cour constitutionnelle), and civil courts.
Tuur holds a Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven (2021) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University (2023).
Before joining Stibbe’s Brussels office in 2023, Tuur practiced as a dispute resolution lawyer at a boutique law firm in Brussels.
