Manon is a civil law notary specialising in corporate law. She advises national and international clients, including listed companies, on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and other complex matters of company law.

Her practice covers the formation of legal entities such as companies, partnerships, cooperative associations, and foundations. She also handles corporate acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings, as well as (cross-border) mergers and demergers. In addition, she advises on security arrangements, including pledges and mortgages, share transactions, capital restructuring, and public listings and delistings.
Manon is actively engaged in the academic and professional legal community. She regularly publishes articles on corporate law and serves as editor of the journals Tijdschrift voor de Ondernemingsrecht Praktijk (Corporate Law) and Tijdschrift voor Jaarrekeningenrecht (Financial Reporting). She is also editor and co-author of SDU Commentaar Ondernemingsrecht. As a lecturer, she teaches M&A (joint ventures) at the Grotius Academy and contributes to the course ‘The Corporate Secretary’ at Nyenrode Business University.
Manon studied at the VU University Amsterdam and at the University of Victoria, British Colombia, Canada. In 1997, she gained a Master of Law from VU University. She was appointed civil law notary in 2008.
