Koen specialises in Dutch public law, with a focus on administrative law and environmental law.
He advises and litigates on behalf of both commercial parties and governmental authorities. Koen has broad experience advising and litigating in the areas of spatial planning and freedom of information.
Koen has a master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Leiden University (cum laude). He is currently following the postgraduate course in spatial planning and environmental law at Grotius Academy.
