Janita advises a wide range of public and private entities, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
She has two master’s degrees, in Dutch Law, specialization Private Law (cum laude) and in Law & ICT, both from the University of Groningen. In November 2022, she obtained a PhD on personal data protection under Articles 5(1)(f) and 32 of the GDPR from the Radboud University (Nijmegen).
Janita is also one of the authors of the annual chronicle on the administrative law aspects of the GDPR, published in the Nederlands Tijdschrift voor bestuursrecht (Dutch Administrative Law Journal).
