Hugo Wijn

Hugo specialises in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, including public takeovers and private equity investments, and corporate governance. He advises a wide range of clients, including large national and international businesses, on various corporate matters.

Hugo received his master’s degree in Dutch Corporate Law from Vrije Universiteit (2023, cum laude) and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Amsterdam. He also studied the violin at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
